  • ISA_49:4 Then I said, I have laboured in vain, I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain: [yet] surely my judgment [is] with the LORD, and my work with my God.

  • ISA_49:6 And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.

  • ISA_49:7 Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, [and] his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful, [and] the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.

  • ISA_49:8 Thus saith the LORD, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;

  • ISA_49:9 That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that [are] in darkness, Show yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures [shall be] in all high places.

  • ISA_49:10 They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for he that hath mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall he guide them.

  • ISA_49:11 And I will make all my mountains a way, and my highways shall be exalted.

  • ISA_49:12 Behold, these shall come from far: and, lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim.

  • ISA_49:13 Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the LORD hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.

  • ISA_49:14 But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.

  • ISA_49:15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

  • ISA_49:16 Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of [my] hands; thy walls [are] continually before me.

  • ISA_49:17 Thy children shall make haste; thy destroyers and they that made thee waste shall go forth of thee.

  • ISA_49:18 Lift up thine eyes round about, and behold: all these gather themselves together, [and] come to thee. [As] I live, saith the LORD, thou shalt surely clothe thee with them all, as with an ornament, and bind them [on thee], as a bride [doeth].

  • ISA_49:19 For thy waste and thy desolate places, and the land of thy destruction, shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and they that swallowed thee up shall be far away.

  • ISA_49:20 The children which thou shalt have, after thou hast lost the other, shall say again in thine ears, The place [is] too strait for me: give place to me that I may dwell.

  • ISA_49:21 Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where [had] they [been]?

  • ISA_49:22 Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in [their] arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon [their] shoulders.

  • ISA_49:23 And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with [their] face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I [am] the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.

  • ISA_49:24 Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered?

  • ISA_49:25 But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.

  • ISA_49:26 And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD [am] thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

  • ISA_50:1 Thus saith the LORD, Where [is] the bill of your mother's divorcement, whom I have put away? or which of my creditors [is it] to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is your mother put away.

  • ISA_50:2 Wherefore, when I came, [was there] no man? when I called, [was there] none to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver? behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stinketh, because [there is] no water, and dieth for thirst.

  • ISA_50:3 I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.

  • ISA_50:4 The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to [him that is] weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.

  • ISA_50:5 The Lord GOD hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back.

  • ISA_50:6 I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.

  • ISA_50:8 [He is] near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who [is] mine adversary? let him come near to me.

  • ISA_50:9 Behold, the Lord GOD will help me; who [is] he [that] shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.

  • ISA_50:10 Who [is] among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh [in] darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.

  • ISA_50:11 Behold, all ye that kindle a fire, that compass [yourselves] about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks [that] ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.

  • ISA_51:1 Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look unto the rock [whence] ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit [whence] ye are digged.

  • ISA_51:2 Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah [that] bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.

  • ISA_51:6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.

  • ISA_51:7 Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart [is] my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings.

  • ISA_51:8 For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation from generation to generation.

  • ISA_51:9 Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. [Art] thou not it that hath cut Rahab, [and] wounded the dragon?

  • 2CO_12:1 It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord.

  • 2CO_12:2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.

  • 2CO_12:3 And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoeweth;)

  • 2CO_12:4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

  • 2CO_12:5 Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities.

  • 2CO_12:6 For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but [now] I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me [to be], or [that] he heareth of me.

  • 2CO_12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

  • 2CO_12:8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.

  • 2CO_12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

  • 2CO_12:10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

  • 2CO_12:11 I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing.

  • 2CO_12:12 Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds.

  • 2CO_12:13 For what is it wherein ye were inferior to other churches, except [it be] that I myself was not burdensome to you? forgive me this wrong.

  • 2CO_12:14 Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for I seek not yours, but you: for the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children.

  • 2CO_12:15 And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved.

  • 2CO_12:16 But be it so, I did not burden you: nevertheless, being crafty, I caught you with guile.

  • 2CO_12:17 Did I make a gain of you by any of them whom I sent unto you?

  • 2CO_12:18 I desired Titus, and with [him] I sent a brother. Did Titus make a gain of you? walked we not in the same spirit? [walked we] not in the same steps?

  • 2CO_12:19 Again, think ye that we excuse ourselves unto you? we speak before God in Christ: but [we do] all things, dearly beloved, for your edifying.

  • PSA_108:7 God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

  • PSA_108:8 Gilead [is] mine; Manasseh [is] mine; Ephraim also [is] the strength of mine head; Judah [is] my lawgiver;

  • PSA_108:9 Moab [is] my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.

  • PSA_108:10 Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?

  • PSA_108:11 [Wilt] not [thou], O God, [who] hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?

  • PSA_108:12 Give us help from trouble: for vain [is] the help of man.

  • PSA_108:13 Through God we shall do valiantly: for he [it is that] shall tread down our enemies.

  • PRO_24:15 Lay not wait, O wicked [man], against the dwelling of the righteous; spoil not his resting place:

  • PRO_24:16 For a just [man] falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

  • LUKJ_22:70 Ye say that I am.

  • LUKJ_23:3 Thou sayest [it].

  • LUKJ_23:28 Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.

  • LUKJ_23:29 For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed [are] the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck.

  • LUKJ_23:30 Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.

  • LUKJ_23:31 For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?

  • LUKJ_23:34 Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.

  • LUKJ_23:43 Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.
