Daily Devotional 1 Year Bible
  • EZE_17:14 That the kingdom might be base, that it might not lift itself up, [but] that by keeping of his covenant it might stand.

  • EZE_17:15 But he rebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt, that they might give him horses and much people. Shall he prosper? shall he escape that doeth such [things]? or shall he break the covenant, and be delivered?

  • EZE_17:16 [As] I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely in the place [where] the king [dwelleth] that made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he brake, [even] with him in the midst of Babylon he shall die.

  • EZE_17:17 Neither shall Pharaoh with [his] mighty army and great company make for him in the war, by casting up mounts, and building forts, to cut off many persons:

  • EZE_17:18 Seeing he despised the oath by breaking the covenant, when, lo, he had given his hand, and hath done all these [things], he shall not escape.

  • EZE_17:19 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; [As] I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.

  • EZE_17:20 And I will spread my net upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare, and I will bring him to Babylon, and will plead with him there for his trespass that he hath trespassed against me.

  • EZE_17:21 And all his fugitives with all his bands shall fall by the sword, and they that remain shall be scattered toward all winds: and ye shall know that I the LORD have spoken [it].

  • EZE_17:22 Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set [it]; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant [it] upon an high mountain and eminent:

  • EZE_17:23 In the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.

  • EZE_17:24 And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done [it].

  • EZE_18:1 The word of the LORD came unto me again, saying,

  • EZE_18:2 What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge?

  • EZE_18:3 [As] I live, saith the Lord GOD, ye shall not have [occasion] any more to use this proverb in Israel.

  • EZE_18:4 Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

  • EZE_18:5 But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right,

  • EZE_18:6 [And] hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour's wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman,

  • EZE_18:7 And hath not oppressed any, [but] hath restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment;

  • EZE_18:8 He [that] hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, [that] hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment between man and man,

  • EZE_18:9 Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my judgments, to deal truly; he [is] just, he shall surely live, saith the Lord GOD.

  • EZE_18:10 If he beget a son [that is] a robber, a shedder of blood, and [that] doeth the like to [any] one of these [things],

  • EZE_18:11 And that doeth not any of those [duties], but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour's wife,

  • EZE_18:12 Hath oppressed the poor and needy, hath spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination,

  • EZE_18:13 Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him.

  • EZE_18:14 Now, lo, [if] he beget a son, that seeth all his father's sins which he hath done, and considereth, and doeth not such like,

  • EZE_18:15 [That] hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, hath not defiled his neighbour's wife,

  • EZE_18:16 Neither hath oppressed any, hath not withholden the pledge, neither hath spoiled by violence, [but] hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment,

  • EZE_18:17 [That] hath taken off his hand from the poor, [that] hath not received usury nor increase, hath executed my judgments, hath walked in my statutes; he shall not die for the iniquity of his father, he shall surely live.

  • EZE_18:18 [As for] his father, because he cruelly oppressed, spoiled his brother by violence, and did [that] which [is] not good among his people, lo, even he shall die in his iniquity.

  • EZE_18:19 Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, [and] hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live.

  • EZE_18:20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

  • EZE_18:21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

  • EZE_18:22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.

  • EZE_18:23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: [and] not that he should return from his ways, and live?

  • EZE_18:24 But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, [and] doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked [man] doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

  • EZE_18:25 Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal?

  • EZE_18:26 When a righteous [man] turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and dieth in them; for his iniquity that he hath done shall he die.

  • EZE_18:27 Again, when the wicked [man] turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.

  • EZE_18:28 Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

  • EZE_18:29 Yet saith the house of Israel, The way of the Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, are not my ways equal? are not your ways unequal?

  • EZE_18:30 Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn [yourselves] from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.

  • EZE_18:31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

  • EZE_18:32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn [yourselves], and live ye.

  • EZE_19:1 Moreover take thou up a lamentation for the princes of Israel,

  • EZE_19:2 And say, What [is] thy mother? A lioness: she lay down among lions, she nourished her whelps among young lions.

  • EZE_19:3 And she brought up one of her whelps: it became a young lion, and it learned to catch the prey; it devoured men.

  • EZE_19:4 The nations also heard of him; he was taken in their pit, and they brought him with chains unto the land of Egypt.

  • EZE_19:5 Now when she saw that she had waited, [and] her hope was lost, then she took another of her whelps, [and] made him a young lion.

  • EZE_19:6 And he went up and down among the lions, he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey, [and] devoured men.

  • EZE_19:7 And he knew their desolate palaces, and he laid waste their cities; and the land was desolate, and the fulness thereof, by the noise of his roaring.

  • HEB_9:10 [Which stood] only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed [on them] until the time of reformation.

  • HEB_9:11 But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;

  • HEB_9:12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption [for us].

  • HEB_9:13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:

  • HEB_9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

  • HEB_9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions [that were] under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

  • HEB_9:16 For where a testament [is], there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

  • HEB_9:17 For a testament [is] of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

  • HEB_9:18 Whereupon neither the first [testament] was dedicated without blood.

  • HEB_9:19 For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people,

  • HEB_9:20 Saying, This [is] the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.

  • HEB_9:21 Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry.

  • HEB_9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

  • HEB_9:23 [It was] therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

  • HEB_9:24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, [which are] the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:

  • HEB_9:25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;

  • HEB_9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

  • HEB_9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

  • HEB_9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

  • HEB_10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, [and] not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.

  • HEB_10:2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.

  • PSA_121:8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

  • PSA_122:1 A Song of degrees of David. I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.

  • PSA_122:2 Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.

  • PSA_122:3 Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:

  • PSA_122:4 Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.

  • PSA_122:5 For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.

  • PSA_122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

  • PRO_28:3 A poor man that oppresseth the poor [is like] a sweeping rain which leaveth no food.

  • PRO_28:4 They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them.

  • PRO_28:5 Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all [things].

  • JOHJ_13:21 Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.

  • JOHJ_13:26 He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped [it].

  • JOHJ_13:27 That thou doest, do quickly.

  • JOHJ_13:31 Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.

  • JOHJ_13:32 If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him.

  • JOHJ_13:33 Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you.

  • JOHJ_13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
