Daily Devotional 1 Year Bible NUM_34:9 And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazarenan: this shall be your north border. NUM_34:10 And ye shall point out your east border from Hazarenan to Shepham: NUM_34:11 And the coast shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall reach unto the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward: NUM_34:12 And the border shall go down to Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the salt sea: this shall be your land with the coasts thereof round about. NUM_34:13 And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which the LORD commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe: NUM_34:14 For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to the house of their fathers, have received [their inheritance]; and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance: NUM_34:15 The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan [near] Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising. NUM_34:16 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, NUM_34:17 These [are] the names of the men which shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun. NUM_34:18 And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance. NUM_34:19 And the names of the men [are] these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh. NUM_34:20 And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud. NUM_34:21 Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon. NUM_34:22 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bukki the son of Jogli. NUM_34:23 The prince of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, Hanniel the son of Ephod. NUM_34:24 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan. NUM_34:25 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach. NUM_34:26 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Issachar, Paltiel the son of Azzan. NUM_34:27 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi. NUM_34:28 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud. NUM_34:29 These [are they] whom the LORD commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan. NUM_35:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan [near] Jericho, saying, NUM_35:2 Command the children of Israel, that they give unto the Levites of the inheritance of their possession cities to dwell in; and ye shall give [also] unto the Levites suburbs for the cities round about them. NUM_35:3 And the cities shall they have to dwell in; and the suburbs of them shall be for their cattle, and for their goods, and for all their beasts. NUM_35:4 And the suburbs of the cities, which ye shall give unto the Levites, [shall reach] from the wall of the city and outward a thousand cubits round about. NUM_35:5 And ye shall measure from without the city on the east side two thousand cubits, and on the south side two thousand cubits, and on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits; and the city [shall be] in the midst: this shall be to them the suburbs of the cities. NUM_35:6 And among the cities which ye shall give unto the Levites [there shall be] six cities for refuge, which ye shall appoint for the manslayer, that he may flee thither: and to them ye shall add forty and two cities. NUM_35:7 [So] all the cities which ye shall give to the Levites [shall be] forty and eight cities: them [shall ye give] with their suburbs. NUM_35:8 And the cities which ye shall give [shall be] of the possession of the children of Israel: from [them that have] many ye shall give many; but from [them that have] few ye shall give few: every one shall give of his cities unto the Levites according to his inheritance which he inheriteth. NUM_35:9 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, NUM_35:10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come over Jordan into the land of Canaan; NUM_35:11 Then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may flee thither, which killeth any person at unawares. NUM_35:12 And they shall be unto you cities for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation in judgment. NUM_35:13 And of these cities which ye shall give six cities shall ye have for refuge. NUM_35:14 Ye shall give three cities on this side Jordan, and three cities shall ye give in the land of Canaan, [which] shall be cities of refuge. NUM_35:15 These six cities shall be a refuge, [both] for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may flee thither. NUM_35:16 And if he smite him with an instrument of iron, so that he die, he [is] a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death. NUM_35:17 And if he smite him with throwing a stone, wherewith he may die, and he die, he [is] a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death. NUM_35:18 Or [if] he smite him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he may die, and he die, he [is] a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death. NUM_35:19 The revenger of blood himself shall slay the murderer: when he meeteth him, he shall slay him. NUM_35:20 But if he thrust him of hatred, or hurl at him by laying of wait, that he die; NUM_35:21 Or in enmity smite him with his hand, that he die: he that smote [him] shall surely be put to death; [for] he [is] a murderer: the revenger of blood shall slay the murderer, when he meeteth him. NUM_35:22 But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity, or have cast upon him any thing without laying of wait, NUM_35:23 Or with any stone, wherewith a man may die, seeing [him] not, and cast [it] upon him, that he die, and [was] not his enemy, neither sought his harm: NUM_35:24 Then the congregation shall judge between the slayer and the revenger of blood according to these judgments: NUM_35:25 And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge, whither he was fled: and he shall abide in it unto the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil. NUM_35:26 But if the slayer shall at any time come without the border of the city of his refuge, whither he was fled; NUM_35:27 And the revenger of blood find him without the borders of the city of his refuge, and the revenger of blood kill the slayer; he shall not be guilty of blood: NUM_35:28 Because he should have remained in the city of his refuge until the death of the high priest: but after the death of the high priest the slayer shall return into the land of his possession. NUM_35:29 So these [things] shall be for a statute of judgment unto you throughout your generations in all your dwellings. NUM_35:30 Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person [to cause him] to die. NUM_35:31 Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which [is] guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death. NUM_35:32 And ye shall take no satisfaction for him that is fled to the city of his refuge, that he should come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest. NUM_35:33 So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye [are]: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it. NUM_35:34 Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I the LORD dwell among the children of Israel. NUM_36:1 And the chief fathers of the families of the children of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spake before Moses, and before the princes, the chief fathers of the children of Israel: NUM_36:2 And they said, The LORD commanded my lord to give the land for an inheritance by lot to the children of Israel: and my lord was commanded by the LORD to give the inheritance of Zelophehad our brother unto his daughters. NUM_36:3 And if they be married to any of the sons of the [other] tribes of the children of Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance. LUK_1:69 And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David; LUK_1:70 As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began: LUK_1:71 That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us; LUK_1:72 To perform the mercy [promised] to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant; LUK_1:73 The oath which he sware to our father Abraham, LUK_1:74 That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, LUK_1:75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life. LUK_1:76 And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways; LUK_1:77 To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins, LUK_1:78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, LUK_1:79 To give light to them that sit in darkness and [in] the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace. LUK_1:80 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of his shewing unto Israel. LUK_2:1 And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. LUK_2:2 ([And] this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) LUK_2:3 And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. LUK_2:4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) LUK_2:5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. LUK_2:6 And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. LUK_2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. LUK_2:8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. LUK_2:9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. LUK_2:10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. LUK_2:11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. LUK_2:12 And this [shall be] a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. LUK_2:13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, PSA_37:26 [He is] ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed [is] blessed. PSA_37:27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore. PSA_37:28 For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. PSA_37:29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever. PSA_37:30 The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment. PSA_37:31 The law of his God [is] in his heart; none of his steps shall slide. PSA_37:32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him. PSA_37:33 The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged. PRO_8:23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was. PRO_8:24 When [there were] no depths, I was brought forth; when [there were] no fountains abounding with water. PRO_8:25 Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: MATJ_22:3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. MATJ_22:4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and [my] fatlings [are] killed, and all things [are] ready: come unto the marriage. MATJ_22:5 But they made light of [it], and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: MATJ_22:6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated [them] spitefully, and slew [them]. MATJ_22:7 But when the king heard [thereof], he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
