Daily Devotional 1 Year Bible

SON_6:9 My dove, my undefiled is [but] one; she [is] the [only] one of her mother, she [is] the choice [one] of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and blessed her; [yea], the queens and the concubines, and they praised her.

SON_6:10 Who [is] she [that] looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, [and] terrible as [an army] with banners?

SON_6:11 I went down into the garden of nuts to see the fruits of the valley, [and] to see whether the vine flourished, [and] the pomegranates budded.

SON_6:12 Or ever I was aware, my soul made me [like] the chariots of Amminadib.

SON_6:13 Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return, that we may look upon thee. What will ye see in the Shulamite? As it were the company of two armies.

SON_7:1 How beautiful are thy feet with shoes, O prince's daughter! the joints of thy thighs [are] like jewels, the work of the hands of a cunning workman.

SON_7:2 Thy navel [is like] a round goblet, [which] wanteth not liquor: thy belly [is like] an heap of wheat set about with lilies.

SON_7:3 Thy two breasts [are] like two young roes [that are] twins.

SON_7:4 Thy neck [is] as a tower of ivory; thine eyes [like] the fishpools in Heshbon, by the gate of Bathrabbim: thy nose [is] as the tower of Lebanon which looketh toward Damascus.

SON_7:5 Thine head upon thee [is] like Carmel, and the hair of thine head like purple; the king [is] held in the galleries.

SON_7:6 How fair and how pleasant art thou, O love, for delights!

SON_7:7 This thy stature is like to a palm tree, and thy breasts to clusters [of grapes].

 SON_7:8 I said, I will go up to the palm tree, I will take hold of the boughs thereof: now also thy breasts shall be as clusters of the vine, and the smell of thy nose like apples;

SON_7:9 And the roof of thy mouth like the best wine for my beloved, that goeth [down] sweetly, causing the lips of those that are asleep to speak.

SON_7:10 I [am] my beloved's, and his desire [is] toward me.

SON_7:11 Come, my beloved, let us go forth into the field; let us lodge in the villages.

SON_7:12 Let us get up early to the vineyards; let us see if the vine flourish, [whether] the tender grape appear, [and] the pomegranates bud forth: there will I give thee my loves.

SON_7:13 The mandrakes give a smell, and at our gates [are] all manner of pleasant [fruits], new and old, [which] I have laid up for thee, O my beloved.

SON_8:1 O that thou [wert] as my brother, that sucked the breasts of my mother! [when] I should find thee without, I would kiss thee; yea, I should not be despised.

SON_8:2 I would lead thee, [and] bring thee into my mother's house, [who] would instruct me: I would cause thee to drink of spiced wine of the juice of my pomegranate.

SON_8:3 His left hand [should be] under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

SON_8:4 I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, that ye stir not up, nor awake [my] love, until he please.

SON_8:5 Who [is] this that cometh up from the wilderness, leaning upon her beloved? I raised thee up under the apple tree: there thy mother brought thee forth: there she brought thee forth [that] bare thee.

SON_8:6 Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love [is] strong as death; jealousy [is] cruel as the grave: the coals thereof [are] coals of fire, [which hath a] most vehement flame.

SON_8:7 Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: if [a] man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned.

SON_8:8 We have a little sister, and she hath no breasts: what shall we do for our sister in the day when she shall be spoken for?

SON_8:9 If she [be] a wall, we will build upon her a palace of silver: and if she [be] a door, we will enclose her with boards of cedar.

SON_8:10 I [am] a wall, and my breasts like towers: then was I in his eyes as one that found favour.

SON_8:11 Solomon had a vineyard at Baalhamon; he let out the vineyard unto keepers; every one for the fruit thereof was to bring a thousand [pieces] of silver.

SON_8:12 My vineyard, which [is] mine, [is] before me: thou, O Solomon, [must have] a thousand, and those that keep the fruit thereof two hundred.

SON_8:13 Thou that dwellest in the gardens, the companions hearken to thy voice: cause me to hear [it].

SON_8:14 Make haste, my beloved, and be thou like to a roe or to a young hart upon the mountains of spices.

ISA_1:1 The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, [and] Hezekiah, kings of Judah.

ISA_1:2 Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.

ISA_1:3 The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: [but] Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.

ISA_1:4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.

ISA_1:5 Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.

ISA_1:6 From the sole of the foot even unto the head [there is] no soundness in it; [but] wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.

ISA_1:7 Your country [is] desolate, your cities [are] burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and [it is] desolate, as overthrown by strangers.

ISA_1:8 And the daughter of Zion is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.

ISA_1:9 Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, [and] we should have been like unto Gomorrah.

ISA_1:10 Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.

ISA_1:11 To what purpose [is] the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.

ISA_1:12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?

ISA_1:13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; [it is] iniquity, even the solemn meeting.

ISA_1:14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear [them].

ISA_1:15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

 ISA_1:16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;

ISA_1:17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

ISA_1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

ISA_1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

ISA_1:20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken [it].

ISA_1:21 How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers.

ISA_1:22 Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water:

ISA_1:23 Thy princes [are] rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.

ISA_1:24 Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:

ISA_1:25 And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin:

ISA_1:26 And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning: afterward thou shalt be called, The city of righteousness, the faithful city.

ISA_1:27 Zion shall be redeemed with judgment, and her converts with righteousness.

ISA_1:28 And the destruction of the transgressors and of the sinners [shall be] together, and they that forsake the LORD shall be consumed.

1CO_11:10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on [her] head because of the angels.

1CO_11:11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.

1CO_11:12 For as the woman [is] of the man, even so [is] the man also by the woman; but all things of God.

1CO_11:13 Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?

1CO_11:14 Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?

1CO_11:15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for [her] hair is given her for a covering.

1CO_11:16 But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God.

1CO_11:17 Now in this that I declare [unto you] I praise [you] not, that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse.

1CO_11:18 For first of all, when ye come together in the church, I hear that there be divisions among you; and I partly believe it.

1CO_11:19 For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.

1CO_11:20 When ye come together therefore into one place, [this] is not to eat the Lord's supper.

1CO_11:21 For in eating every one taketh before [other] his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.

1CO_11:22 What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise [you] not.

1CO_11:23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the [same] night in which he was betrayed took bread:

1CO_11:24 And when he had given thanks, he brake [it], and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

1CO_11:25 After the same manner also [he took] the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink [it], in remembrance of me.

1CO_11:26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.

1CO_11:27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink [this] cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

1CO_11:28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of [that] bread, and drink of [that] cup.

1CO_11:29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.

1CO_11:30 For this cause many [are] weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

1CO_11:31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

1CO_11:32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

 PSA_105:5 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

PSA_105:6 O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.

PSA_105:7 He [is] the LORD our God: his judgments [are] in all the earth.

PSA_105:8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word [which] he commanded to a thousand generations.

 PSA_105:9 Which [covenant] he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;

PSA_105:10 And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, [and] to Israel [for] an everlasting covenant:

PSA_105:11 Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:

PSA_105:12 When they were [but] a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.

PRO_23:2 And put a knife to thy throat, if thou [be] a man given to appetite.

PRO_23:3 Be not desirous of his dainties: for they [are] deceitful meat.

PRO_23:4 Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom.

LUKJ_19:23 Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?

LUKJ_19:24 And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give [it] to him that hath ten pounds.

LUKJ_19:25 (And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.)

LUKJ_19:26 For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.

LUKJ_19:27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay [them] before me.
