Daily Devotional 1 Year Bible DAN_10:9 Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on my face, and my face toward the ground. DAN_10:10 And, behold, an hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and [upon] the palms of my hands. DAN_10:11 And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling. DAN_10:12 Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. DAN_10:13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia. DAN_10:14 Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision [is] for [many] days. DAN_10:15 And when he had spoken such words unto me, I set my face toward the ground, and I became dumb. DAN_10:16 And, behold, [one] like the similitude of the sons of men touched my lips: then I opened my mouth, and spake, and said unto him that stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my sorrows are turned upon me, and I have retained no strength. DAN_10:17 For how can the servant of this my lord talk with this my lord? for as for me, straightway there remained no strength in me, neither is there breath left in me. DAN_10:18 Then there came again and touched me [one] like the appearance of a man, and he strengthened me, DAN_10:19 And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace [be] unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me. DAN_10:20 Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come. DAN_10:21 But I will show thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and [there is] none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince. DAN_11:1 Also I in the first year of Darius the Mede, [even] I, stood to confirm and to strengthen him. DAN_11:2 And now will I show thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than [they] all: and by his strength through his riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia. DAN_11:3 And a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will. DAN_11:4 And when he shall stand up, his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four winds of heaven; and not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion which he ruled: for his kingdom shall be plucked up, even for others beside those. DAN_11:5 And the king of the south shall be strong, and [one] of his princes; and he shall be strong above him, and have dominion; his dominion [shall be] a great dominion. DAN_11:6 And in the end of years they shall join themselves together; for the king's daughter of the south shall come to the king of the north to make an agreement: but she shall not retain the power of the arm; neither shall he stand, nor his arm: but she shall be given up, and they that brought her, and he that begat her, and he that strengthened her in [these] times. DAN_11:7 But out of a branch of her roots shall [one] stand up in his estate, which shall come with an army, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and shall prevail: DAN_11:8 And shall also carry captives into Egypt their gods, with their princes, [and] with their precious vessels of silver and of gold; and he shall continue [more] years than the king of the north. DAN_11:9 So the king of the south shall come into [his] kingdom, and shall return into his own land. DAN_11:10 But his sons shall be stirred up, and shall assemble a multitude of great forces: and [one] shall certainly come, and overflow, and pass through: then shall he return, and be stirred up, [even] to his fortress. DAN_11:11 And the king of the south shall be moved with choler, and shall come forth and fight with him, [even] with the king of the north: and he shall set forth a great multitude; but the multitude shall be given into his hand. DAN_11:12 [And] when he hath taken away the multitude, his heart shall be lifted up; and he shall cast down [many] ten thousands: but he shall not be strengthened [by it]. DAN_11:13 For the king of the north shall return, and shall set forth a multitude greater than the former, and shall certainly come after certain years with a great army and with much riches. DAN_11:14 And in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall. DAN_11:15 So the king of the north shall come, and cast up a mount, and take the most fenced cities: and the arms of the south shall not withstand, neither his chosen people, neither [shall there be any] strength to withstand. DAN_11:16 But he that cometh against him shall do according to his own will, and none shall stand before him: and he shall stand in the glorious land, which by his hand shall be consumed. DAN_11:17 He shall also set his face to enter with the strength of his whole kingdom, and upright ones with him; thus shall he do: and he shall give him the daughter of women, corrupting her: but she shall not stand [on his side], neither be for him. DAN_11:18 After this shall he turn his face unto the isles, and shall take many: but a prince for his own behalf shall cause the reproach offered by him to cease; without his own reproach he shall cause [it] to turn upon him. DAN_11:19 Then he shall turn his face toward the fort of his own land: but he shall stumble and fall, and not be found. DAN_11:20 Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes [in] the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle. DAN_11:21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries. DAN_11:22 And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant. DAN_11:23 And after the league [made] with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people. DAN_11:24 He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do [that] which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers' fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: [yea], and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time. DAN_11:25 And he shall stir up his power and his courage against the king of the south with a great army; and the king of the south shall be stirred up to battle with a very great and mighty army; but he shall not stand: for they shall forecast devices against him. DAN_11:26 Yea, they that feed of the portion of his meat shall destroy him, and his army shall overflow: and many shall fall down slain. DAN_11:27 And both these kings' hearts [shall be] to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end [shall be] at the time appointed. DAN_11:28 Then shall he return into his land with great riches; and his heart [shall be] against the holy covenant; and he shall do [exploits], and return to his own land. DAN_11:29 At the time appointed he shall return, and come toward the south; but it shall not be as the former, or as the latter. DAN_11:30 For the ships of Chittim shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant. DAN_11:31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily [sacrifice], and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate. DAN_11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do [exploits]. JU-1:13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever. JU-1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, JU-1:15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. JU-1:16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling [words], having men's persons in admiration because of advantage. JU-1:17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; JU-1:18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. JU-1:19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. JU-1:20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, JU-1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. JU-1:22 And of some have compassion, making a difference: JU-1:23 And others save with fear, pulling [them] out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. JU-1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present [you] faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, JU-1:25 To the only wise God our Saviour, [be] glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and for ever. Amen. REV_1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified [it] by his angel unto his servant John: REV_1:2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. REV_1:3 Blessed [is] he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time [is] at hand. REV_1:4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; REV_1:5 And from Jesus Christ, [who is] the faithful witness, [and] the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, REV_1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. REV_1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. REV_1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. REV_1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. PSA_139:24 And see if [there be any] wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. PSA_140:1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. Deliver me, O LORD, from the evil man: preserve me from the violent man; PSA_140:2 Which imagine mischiefs in [their] heart; continually are they gathered together [for] war. PSA_140:3 They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent; adders' poison [is] under their lips. Selah. PSA_140:4 Keep me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked; preserve me from the violent man; who have purposed to overthrow my goings. PSA_140:5 The proud have hid a snare for me, and cords; they have spread a net by the wayside; they have set gins for me. Selah. PRO_30:5 Every word of God [is] pure: he [is] a shield unto them that put their trust in him. PRO_30:6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar. PRO_30:7 Two [things] have I required of thee; deny me [them] not before I die: JOHJ_19:11 Thou couldest have no power [at all] against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin. JOHJ_19:26 Woman, behold thy son! JOHJ_19:27 Behold thy mother! JOHJ_19:28 I thirst. JOHJ_19:30 It is finished: JOHJ_20:15 Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? JOHJ_20:16 Mary. JOHJ_20:17 Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and [to] my God, and your God. JOHJ_20:19 Peace [be] unto you. JOHJ_20:21 Peace [be] unto you: as [my] Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
