  • GEN_40:8 And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and [there is] no interpreter of it. And Joseph said unto them, [Do] not interpretations [belong] to God? tell me [them], I pray you.

  • GEN_40:9 And the chief butler told his dream to Joseph, and said to him, In my dream, behold, a vine [was] before me;

  • GEN_40:10 And in the vine [were] three branches: and it [was] as though it budded, [and] her blossoms shot forth; and the clusters thereof brought forth ripe grapes:

  • GEN_40:11 And Pharaoh's cup [was] in my hand: and I took the grapes, and pressed them into Pharaoh's cup, and I gave the cup into Pharaoh's hand.

  • GEN_40:12 And Joseph said unto him, This [is] the interpretation of it: The three branches [are] three days:

  • GEN_40:13 Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thine head, and restore thee unto thy place: and thou shalt deliver Pharaoh's cup into his hand, after the former manner when thou wast his butler.

  • GEN_40:14 But think on me when it shall be well with thee, and show kindness, I pray thee, unto me, and make mention of me unto Pharaoh, and bring me out of this house:

  • GEN_40:15 For indeed I was stolen away out of the land of the Hebrews: and here also have I done nothing that they should put me into the dungeon.

  • GEN_40:16 When the chief baker saw that the interpretation was good, he said unto Joseph, I also [was] in my dream, and, behold, [I had] three white baskets on my head:

  • GEN_40:17 And in the uppermost basket [there was] of all manner of bakemeats for Pharaoh; and the birds did eat them out of the basket upon my head.

  • GEN_40:18 And Joseph answered and said, This [is] the interpretation thereof: The three baskets [are] three days:

  • GEN_40:19 Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thy head from off thee, and shall hang thee on a tree; and the birds shall eat thy flesh from off thee.

  • GEN_40:20 And it came to pass the third day, [which was] Pharaoh's birthday, that he made a feast unto all his servants: and he lifted up the head of the chief butler and of the chief baker among his servants.

  • GEN_40:21 And he restored the chief butler unto his butlership again; and he gave the cup into Pharaoh's hand:

  • GEN_40:22 But he hanged the chief baker: as Joseph had interpreted to them.

  • GEN_40:23 Yet did not the chief butler remember Joseph, but forgat him.

  • GEN_41:1 And it came to pass at the end of two full years, that Pharaoh dreamed: and, behold, he stood by the river.

  • GEN_41:2 And, behold, there came up out of the river seven well favoured kine and fatfleshed; and they fed in a meadow.

  • GEN_41:3 And, behold, seven other kine came up after them out of the river, ill favoured and leanfleshed; and stood by the [other] kine upon the brink of the river.

  • GEN_41:4 And the ill favoured and leanfleshed kine did eat up the seven well favoured and fat kine. So Pharaoh awoke.

  • GEN_41:5 And he slept and dreamed the second time: and, behold, seven ears of corn came up upon one stalk, rank and good.

  • GEN_41:6 And, behold, seven thin ears and blasted with the east wind sprung up after them.

  • GEN_41:7 And the seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears. And Pharaoh awoke, and, behold, [it was] a dream.

  • GEN_41:8 And it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men thereof: and Pharaoh told them his dream; but [there was] none that could interpret them unto Pharaoh.

  • GEN_41:9 Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day:

  • GEN_41:10 Pharaoh was wroth with his servants, and put me in ward in the captain of the guard's house, [both] me and the chief baker:

  • GEN_41:11 And we dreamed a dream in one night, I and he; we dreamed each man according to the interpretation of his dream.

  • GEN_41:12 And [there was] there with us a young man, an Hebrew, servant to the captain of the guard; and we told him, and he interpreted to us our dreams; to each man according to his dream he did interpret.

  • GEN_41:13 And it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored unto mine office, and him he hanged.

  • GEN_41:14 Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved [himself], and changed his raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh.

  • GEN_41:15 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and [there is] none that can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, [that] thou canst understand a dream to interpret it.

  • GEN_41:16 And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, [It is] not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace.

  • GEN_41:17 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, In my dream, behold, I stood upon the bank of the river:

  • GEN_41:18 And, behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow:

  • GEN_41:19 And, behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness:

  • GEN_41:20 And the lean and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat kine:

  • GEN_41:21 And when they had eaten them up, it could not be known that they had eaten them; but they [were] still ill favoured, as at the beginning. So I awoke.

  • GEN_41:22 And I saw in my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up in one stalk, full and good:

  • GEN_41:23 And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, [and] blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them:

  • GEN_41:24 And the thin ears devoured the seven good ears: and I told [this] unto the magicians; but [there was] none that could declare [it] to me.

  • GEN_41:25 And Joseph said unto Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh [is] one: God hath showed Pharaoh what he [is] about to do.

  • GEN_41:26 The seven good kine [are] seven years; and the seven good ears [are] seven years: the dream [is] one.

  • GEN_41:27 And the seven thin and ill favoured kine that came up after them [are] seven years; and the seven empty ears blasted with the east wind shall be seven years of famine.

  • GEN_41:28 This [is] the thing which I have spoken unto Pharaoh: What God [is] about to do he showeth unto Pharaoh.

  • GEN_41:29 Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt:

  • GEN_41:30 And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land;

  • GEN_41:31 And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it [shall be] very grievous.

  • GEN_41:32 And for that the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh twice; [it is] because the thing [is] established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.

  • GEN_41:33 Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt.

  • GEN_41:34 Let Pharaoh do [this], and let him appoint officers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years.

  • GEN_41:35 And let them gather all the food of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities.

  • GEN_41:36 And that food shall be for store to the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; that the land perish not through the famine.

  • GEN_41:37 And the thing was good in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of all his servants.

  • GEN_41:38 And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find [such a one] as this [is], a man in whom the Spirit of God [is]?

  • GEN_41:39 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath showed thee all this, [there is] none so discreet and wise as thou [art]:

  • GEN_41:40 Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou.

  • GEN_41:41 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt.

  • GEN_41:42 And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph's hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck;

  • GEN_41:43 And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried before him, Bow the knee: and he made him [ruler] over all the land of Egypt.

  • GEN_41:44 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I [am] Pharaoh, and without thee shall no man lift up his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt.

  • GEN_41:45 And Pharaoh called Joseph's name Zaphnathpaaneah; and he gave him to wife Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On. And Joseph went out over [all] the land of Egypt.

  • GEN_41:46 And Joseph [was] thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and went throughout all the land of Egypt.

  • MAT_13:18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.

  • MAT_13:19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth [it] not, then cometh the wicked [one], and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

  • MAT_13:20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;

  • MAT_13:21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

  • MAT_13:22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

  • MAT_13:23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth [it]; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

  • MAT_13:24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:

  • MAT_13:25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

  • MAT_13:26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

  • MAT_13:27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?

  • MAT_13:28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

  • MAT_13:29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

  • MAT_13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

  • MAT_13:31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:

  • MAT_13:32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.

  • MAT_13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

  • MAT_13:34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:

  • MAT_13:35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

  • PSA_11:2 For, lo, the wicked bend [their] bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.

  • PSA_11:3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?

  • PSA_11:4 The LORD [is] in his holy temple, the LORD'S throne [is] in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

  • PSA_11:5 The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

  • PSA_11:6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: [this shall be] the portion of their cup.

  • PSA_11:7 For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.

  • PRO_2:18 For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead.

  • PRO_2:19 None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold of the paths of life.

  • PRO_2:20 That thou mayest walk in the way of good [men], and keep the paths of the righteous.

  • MATJ_7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

  • MATJ_7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

  • MATJ_7:17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

  • MATJ_7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither [can] a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

  • MATJ_7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

  • MATJ_7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

  • MATJ_7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
