Daily Devotional 1 Year Bible
  • LAM_4:13 For the sins of her prophets, [and] the iniquities of her priests, that have shed the blood of the just in the midst of her,

  • LAM_4:14 They have wandered [as] blind [men] in the streets, they have polluted themselves with blood, so that men could not touch their garments.

  • LAM_4:15 They cried unto them, Depart ye; [it is] unclean; depart, depart, touch not: when they fled away and wandered, they said among the heathen, They shall no more sojourn [there].

  • LAM_4:16 The anger of the LORD hath divided them; he will no more regard them: they respected not the persons of the priests, they favoured not the elders.

  • LAM_4:17 As for us, our eyes as yet failed for our vain help: in our watching we have watched for a nation [that] could not save [us].

  • LAM_4:18 They hunt our steps, that we cannot go in our streets: our end is near, our days are fulfilled; for our end is come.

  • LAM_4:19 Our persecutors are swifter than the eagles of the heaven: they pursued us upon the mountains, they laid wait for us in the wilderness.

  • LAM_4:20 The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the LORD, was taken in their pits, of whom we said, Under his shadow we shall live among the heathen.

  • LAM_4:21 Rejoice and be glad, O daughter of Edom, that dwellest in the land of Uz; the cup also shall pass through unto thee: thou shalt be drunken, and shalt make thyself naked.

  • LAM_4:22 The punishment of thine iniquity is accomplished, O daughter of Zion; he will no more carry thee away into captivity: he will visit thine iniquity, O daughter of Edom; he will discover thy sins.

  • LAM_5:1 Remember, O LORD, what is come upon us: consider, and behold our reproach.

  • LAM_5:2 Our inheritance is turned to strangers, our houses to aliens.

  • LAM_5:3 We are orphans and fatherless, our mothers [are] as widows.

  • LAM_5:4 We have drunken our water for money; our wood is sold unto us.

  • LAM_5:5 Our necks [are] under persecution: we labour, [and] have no rest.

  • LAM_5:6 We have given the hand [to] the Egyptians, [and to] the Assyrians, to be satisfied with bread.

  • LAM_5:7 Our fathers have sinned, [and are] not; and we have borne their iniquities.

  • LAM_5:8 Servants have ruled over us: [there is] none that doth deliver [us] out of their hand.

  • LAM_5:9 We gat our bread with [the peril of] our lives because of the sword of the wilderness.

  • LAM_5:10 Our skin was black like an oven because of the terrible famine.

  • LAM_5:11 They ravished the women in Zion, [and] the maids in the cities of Judah.

  • LAM_5:12 Princes are hanged up by their hand: the faces of elders were not honoured.

  • LAM_5:13 They took the young men to grind, and the children fell under the wood.

  • LAM_5:14 The elders have ceased from the gate, the young men from their music.

  • LAM_5:15 The joy of our heart is ceased; our dance is turned into mourning.

  • LAM_5:16 The crown is fallen [from] our head: woe unto us, that we have sinned!

  • LAM_5:17 For this our heart is faint; for these [things] our eyes are dim.

  • LAM_5:18 Because of the mountain of Zion, which is desolate, the foxes walk upon it.

  • LAM_5:19 Thou, O LORD, remainest for ever; thy throne from generation to generation.

  • LAM_5:20 Wherefore dost thou forget us for ever, [and] forsake us so long time?

  • LAM_5:21 Turn thou us unto thee, O LORD, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old.

  • LAM_5:22 But thou hast utterly rejected us; thou art very wroth against us.

  • EZE_1:1 Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth [month], in the fifth [day] of the month, as I [was] among the captives by the river of Chebar, [that] the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

  • EZE_1:2 In the fifth [day] of the month, which [was] the fifth year of king Jehoiachin's captivity,

  • EZE_1:3 The word of the LORD came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the LORD was there upon him.

  • EZE_1:4 And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness [was] about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

  • EZE_1:5 Also out of the midst thereof [came] the likeness of four living creatures. And this [was] their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.

  • EZE_1:6 And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.

  • EZE_1:7 And their feet [were] straight feet; and the sole of their feet [was] like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.

  • EZE_1:8 And [they had] the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings.

  • EZE_1:9 Their wings [were] joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.

  • EZE_1:10 As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.

  • EZE_1:11 Thus [were] their faces: and their wings [were] stretched upward; two [wings] of every one [were] joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.

  • EZE_1:12 And they went every one straight forward: whither the spirit was to go, they went; [and] they turned not when they went.

  • EZE_1:13 As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance [was] like burning coals of fire, [and] like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.

  • EZE_1:14 And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.

  • EZE_1:15 Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces.

  • EZE_1:16 The appearance of the wheels and their work [was] like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work [was] as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.

  • EZE_1:17 When they went, they went upon their four sides: [and] they turned not when they went.

  • EZE_1:18 As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings [were] full of eyes round about them four.

  • EZE_1:19 And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.

  • EZE_1:20 Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither [was their] spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature [was] in the wheels.

  • EZE_1:21 When those went, [these] went; and when those stood, [these] stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature [was] in the wheels.

  • EZE_1:22 And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature [was] as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.

  • EZE_1:23 And under the firmament [were] their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.

  • EZE_1:24 And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.

  • EZE_1:25 And there was a voice from the firmament that [was] over their heads, when they stood, [and] had let down their wings.

  • EZE_1:26 And above the firmament that [was] over their heads [was] the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne [was] the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

  • EZE_1:27 And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.

  • EZE_1:28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so [was] the appearance of the brightness round about. This [was] the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw [it], I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.

  • EZE_2:1 And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.

  • TIT_3:1 Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,

  • TIT_3:2 To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, [but] gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

  • TIT_3:3 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, [and] hating one another.

  • TIT_3:4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

  • TIT_3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

  • TIT_3:6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;

  • TIT_3:7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

  • TIT_3:8 [This is] a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

  • TIT_3:9 But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

  • TIT_3:10 A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;

  • TIT_3:11 Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

  • TIT_3:13 Bring Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their journey diligently, that nothing be wanting unto them.

  • TIT_3:14 And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.

  • TIT_3:15 All that are with me salute thee. Greet them that love us in the faith. Grace [be] with you all. Amen.

  • PHM_1:1 Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ, and Timothy [our] brother, unto Philemon our dearly beloved, and fellowlabourer,

  • PHM_1:2 And to [our] beloved Apphia, and Archippus our fellowsoldier, and to the church in thy house:

  • PHM_1:3 Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

  • PHM_1:4 I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers,

  • PHM_1:5 Hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints;

  • PHM_1:6 That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

  • PHM_1:7 For we have great joy and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother.

  • PHM_1:8 Wherefore, though I might be much bold in Christ to enjoin thee that which is convenient,

  • PHM_1:9 Yet for love's sake I rather beseech [thee], being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ.

  • PHM_1:10 I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds:

  • PHM_1:11 Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me:

  • PHM_1:12 Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels:

  • PSA_119:128 Therefore I esteem all [thy] precepts [concerning] all [things to be] right; [and] I hate every false way.

  • JOHJ_10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

  • JOHJ_10:37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
