  • JER_32:25 And thou hast said unto me, O Lord GOD, Buy thee the field for money, and take witnesses; for the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.

  • JER_32:26 Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying,

  • JER_32:27 Behold, I [am] the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

  • JER_32:28 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it:

  • JER_32:29 And the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto other gods, to provoke me to anger.

  • JER_32:30 For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands, saith the LORD.

  • JER_32:31 For this city hath been to me [as] a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face,

  • JER_32:32 Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

  • JER_32:33 And they have turned unto me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising up early and teaching [them], yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction.

  • JER_32:34 But they set their abominations in the house, which is called by my name, to defile it.

  • JER_32:35 And they built the high places of Baal, which [are] in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through [the fire] unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.

  • JER_32:36 And now therefore thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning this city, whereof ye say, It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence;

  • JER_32:37 Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:

  • JER_32:38 And they shall be my people, and I will be their God:

  • JER_32:39 And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:

  • JER_32:40 And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.

  • JER_32:41 Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul.

  • JER_32:42 For thus saith the LORD; Like as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them.

  • JER_32:43 And fields shall be bought in this land, whereof ye say, [It is] desolate without man or beast; it is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.

  • JER_32:44 Men shall buy fields for money, and subscribe evidences, and seal [them], and take witnesses in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, and in the cities of the mountains, and in the cities of the valley, and in the cities of the south: for I will cause their captivity to return, saith the LORD.

  • JER_33:1 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the second time, while he was yet shut up in the court of the prison, saying,

  • JER_33:2 Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD [is] his name;

  • JER_33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

  • JER_33:4 For thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, which are thrown down by the mounts, and by the sword;

  • JER_33:5 They come to fight with the Chaldeans, but [it is] to fill them with the dead bodies of men, whom I have slain in mine anger and in my fury, and for all whose wickedness I have hid my face from this city.

  • JER_33:6 Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

  • JER_33:7 And I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to return, and will build them, as at the first.

  • JER_33:8 And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against me.

  • JER_33:9 And it shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and an honour before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do unto them: and they shall fear and tremble for all the goodness and for all the prosperity that I procure unto it.

  • JER_33:10 Thus saith the LORD; Again there shall be heard in this place, which ye say [shall be] desolate without man and without beast, [even] in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man, and without inhabitant, and without beast,

  • JER_33:11 The voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD [is] good; for his mercy [endureth] for ever: [and] of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, saith the LORD.

  • JER_33:12 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Again in this place, which is desolate without man and without beast, and in all the cities thereof, shall be an habitation of shepherds causing [their] flocks to lie down.

  • JER_33:13 In the cities of the mountains, in the cities of the vale, and in the cities of the south, and in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, shall the flocks pass again under the hands of him that telleth [them], saith the LORD.

  • JER_33:14 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.

  • JER_33:15 In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

  • JER_33:16 In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this [is the name] wherewith she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness.

  • JER_33:17 For thus saith the LORD; David shall never want a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel;

  • JER_33:18 Neither shall the priests the Levites want a man before me to offer burnt offerings, and to kindle meat offerings, and to do sacrifice continually.

  • JER_33:19 And the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah, saying,

  • JER_33:20 Thus saith the LORD; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season;

  • JER_33:21 [Then] may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.

  • JER_33:22 As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured: so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me.

  • JER_33:23 Moreover the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying,

  • JER_33:24 Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD hath chosen, he hath even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.

  • JER_33:25 Thus saith the LORD; If my covenant [be] not with day and night, [and if] I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;

  • JER_33:26 Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, [so] that I will not take [any] of his seed [to be] rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.

  • 1TH_2:1 For yourselves, brethren, know our entrance in unto you, that it was not in vain:

  • 1TH_2:2 But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God with much contention.

  • 1TH_2:3 For our exhortation [was] not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile:

  • 1TH_2:4 But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.

  • 1TH_2:5 For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloak of covetousness; God [is] witness:

  • 1TH_2:6 Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor [yet] of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Christ.

  • 1TH_2:7 But we were gentle among you, even as a nurse cherisheth her children:

  • 1TH_2:8 So being affectionately desirous of you, we were willing to have imparted unto you, not the gospel of God only, but also our own souls, because ye were dear unto us.

  • 1TH_2:9 For ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail: for labouring night and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God.

  • 1TH_2:10 Ye [are] witnesses, and God [also], how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe:

  • 1TH_2:11 As ye know how we exhorted and comforted and charged every one of you, as a father [doth] his children,

  • 1TH_2:12 That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.

  • 1TH_2:13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received [it] not [as] the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

  • 1TH_2:14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of 2:14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they [have] of the Jews:

  • 1TH_2:15 Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:

  • 1TH_2:16 Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.

  • 1TH_2:17 But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavoured the more abundantly to see your face with great desire.

  • 1TH_2:18 Wherefore we would have come unto you, even I Paul, once and again; but Satan hindered us.

  • 1TH_2:19 For what [is] our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? [Are] not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?

  • 1TH_2:20 For ye are our glory and joy.

  • 1TH_3:1 Wherefore when we could no longer forbear, we thought it good to be left at Athens alone;

  • 1TH_3:2 And sent Timotheus, our brother, and minister of God, and our fellowlabourer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to comfort you concerning your faith:

  • PSA_119:18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

  • PSA_119:19 I [am] a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

  • PSA_119:20 My soul breaketh for the longing [that it hath] unto thy judgments at all times.

  • PSA_119:21 Thou hast rebuked the proud [that are] cursed, which do err from thy commandments.

  • PSA_119:22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.

  • PSA_119:23 Princes also did sit [and] speak against me: [but] thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.

  • PSA_119:24 Thy testimonies also [are] my delight [and] my counsellors.

  • PSA_119:25 DALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.

  • PRO_26:5 Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit.

  • PRO_26:6 He that sendeth a message by the hand of a fool cutteth off the feet, [and] drinketh damage.

  • PRO_26:7 The legs of the lame are not equal: so [is] a parable in the mouth of fools.

  • JOHJ_7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or [whether] I speak of myself.

  • JOHJ_7:18 He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

  • JOHJ_7:19 Did not Moses give you the law, and [yet] none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me?

  • JOHJ_7:21 I have done one work, and ye all marvel.

  • JOHJ_7:22 Moses therefore gave unto you circumcision; (not because it is of Moses, but of the fathers;) and ye on the sabbath day circumcise a man.
