  • GEN_16:14 Wherefore the well was called Beerlahairoi; behold, [it is] between Kadesh and Bered.

  • GEN_16:15 And Hagar bare Abram a son: and Abram called his son's name, which Hagar bare, Ishmael.

  • GEN_16:16 And Abram [was] fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram.

  • GEN_17:1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I [am] the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

  • GEN_17:2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.

  • GEN_17:3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying,

  • GEN_17:4 As for me, behold, my covenant [is] with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

  • GEN_17:5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

  • GEN_17:6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.

  • GEN_17:7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

  • GEN_17:8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

  • GEN_17:9 And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.

  • GEN_17:10 This [is] my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.

  • GEN_17:11 And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.

  • GEN_17:12 And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which [is] not of thy seed.

  • GEN_17:13 He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.

  • GEN_17:14 And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.

  • GEN_17:15 And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah [shall] her name [be].

  • GEN_17:16 And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be [a mother] of nations; kings of people shall be of her.

  • GEN_17:17 Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall [a child] be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?

  • GEN_17:18 And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before thee!

  • GEN_17:19 And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, [and] with his seed after him.

  • GEN_17:20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.

  • GEN_17:21 But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.

  • GEN_17:22 And he left off talking with him, and God went up from Abraham.

  • GEN_17:23 And Abraham took Ishmael his son, and all that were born in his house, and all that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham's house; and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin in the selfsame day, as God had said unto him.

  • GEN_17:24 And Abraham [was] ninety years old and nine, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

  • GEN_17:25 And Ishmael his son [was] thirteen years old, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

  • GEN_17:26 In the selfsame day was Abraham circumcised, and Ishmael his son.

  • GEN_17:27 And all the men of his house, born in the house, and bought with money of the stranger, were circumcised with him.

  • GEN_18:1 And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;

  • GEN_18:2 And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw [them], he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,

  • GEN_18:3 And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:

  • GEN_18:4 Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree:

  • GEN_18:5 And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant. And they said, So do, as thou hast said.

  • GEN_18:6 And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead [it], and make cakes upon the hearth.

  • GEN_18:7 And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetched a calf tender and good, and gave [it] unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it.

  • GEN_18:8 And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set [it] before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.

  • GEN_18:9 And they said unto him, Where [is] Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.

  • GEN_18:10 And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard [it] in the tent door, which [was] behind him.

  • GEN_18:11 Now Abraham and Sarah [were] old [and] well stricken in age; [and] it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women.

  • GEN_18:12 Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?

  • GEN_18:13 And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?

  • GEN_18:14 Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

  • GEN_18:15 Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh.

  • GEN_18:16 And the men rose up from thence, and looked toward Sodom: and Abraham went with them to bring them on the way.

  • GEN_18:17 And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;

  • GEN_18:18 Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?

  • GEN_18:19 For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.

  • GEN_18:20 And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;

  • GEN_18:21 I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

  • GEN_18:22 And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD.

  • GEN_18:23 And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?

  • GEN_18:24 Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that [are] therein?

  • GEN_18:25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

  • GEN_18:26 And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.

  • GEN_18:27 And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which [am but] dust and ashes:

  • GEN_18:28 Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for [lack of] five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy [it].

  • GEN_18:29 And he spake unto him yet again, and said, Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do [it] for forty's sake.

  • GEN_18:30 And he said [unto him], Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do [it], if I find thirty there.

  • MAT_5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

  • MAT_5:40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have [thy] cloak also.

  • MAT_5:41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.

  • MAT_5:42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

  • MAT_5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

  • MAT_5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

  • MAT_5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

  • MAT_5:46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

  • MAT_5:47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more [than others]? do not even the publicans so?

  • MAT_5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

  • MAT_6:1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

  • MAT_6:2 Therefore when thou doest [thine] alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

  • MAT_6:3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

  • MAT_6:4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.

  • MAT_6:5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites [are]: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

  • MAT_6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

  • MAT_6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen [do]: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

  • MAT_6:8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

  • MAT_6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

  • MAT_6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as [it is] in heaven.

  • MAT_6:11 Give us this day our daily bread.

  • MAT_6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

  • MAT_6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

  • PSA_5:7 But as for me, I will come [into] thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: [and] in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

  • PSA_5:8 Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face.

  • PSA_5:9 For [there is] no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part [is] very wickedness; their throat [is] an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.

  • PSA_5:10 Destroy thou them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.

  • PSA_5:11 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

  • PRO_1:16 For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood.

  • PRO_1:17 Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.

  • PRO_1:18 And they lay wait for their [own] blood; they lurk privily for their [own] lives.

  • MATJ_5:30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast [it] from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not [that] thy whole body should be cast into hell.

  • MATJ_5:31 It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:

  • MATJ_5:32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

  • MATJ_5:33 Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:
