  • JOS_15:60 Kirjathbaal, which [is] Kirjathjearim, and Rabbah; two cities with their villages:

  • JOS_15:61 In the wilderness, Betharabah, Middin, and Secacah,

  • JOS_15:62 And Nibshan, and the city of Salt, and Engedi; six cities with their villages.

  • JOS_15:63 As for the Jebusites the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out: but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem unto this day.

  • JOS_16:1 And the lot of the children of Joseph fell from Jordan by Jericho, unto the water of Jericho on the east, to the wilderness that goeth up from Jericho throughout mount Bethel.

  • JOS_16:2 And goeth out from Bethel to Luz, and passeth along unto the borders of Archi to Ataroth,

  • JOS_16:3 And goeth down westward to the coast of Japhleti, unto the coast of Bethhoron the nether, and to Gezer: and the goings out thereof are at the sea.

  • JOS_16:4 So the children of Joseph, Manasseh and Ephraim, took their inheritance.

  • JOS_16:5 And the border of the children of Ephraim according to their families was [thus]: even the border of their inheritance on the east side was Atarothaddar, unto Bethhoron the upper;

  • JOS_16:6 And the border went out toward the sea to Michmethah on the north side; and the border went about eastward unto Taanathshiloh, and passed by it on the east to Janohah;

  • JOS_16:7 And it went down from Janohah to Ataroth, and to Naarath, and came to Jericho, and went out at Jordan.

  • JOS_16:8 The border went out from Tappuah westward unto the river Kanah; and the goings out thereof were at the sea. This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Ephraim by their families.

  • JOS_16:9 And the separate cities for the children of Ephraim [were] among the inheritance of the children of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages.

  • JOS_16:10 And they drave not out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer: but the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites unto this day, and serve under tribute.

  • JOS_17:1 There was also a lot for the tribe of Manasseh; for he [was] the firstborn of Joseph; [to wit], for Machir the firstborn of Manasseh, the father of Gilead: because he was a man of war, therefore he had Gilead and Bashan.

  • JOS_17:2 There was also [a lot] for the rest of the children of Manasseh by their families; for the children of Abiezer, and for the children of Helek, and for the children of Asriel, and for the children of Shechem, and for the children of Hepher, and for the children of Shemida: these [were] the male children of Manasseh the son of Joseph by their families.

  • JOS_17:3 But Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, had no sons, but daughters: and these [are] the names of his daughters, Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

  • JOS_17:4 And they came near before Eleazar the priest, and before Joshua the son of Nun, and before the princes, saying, The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brethren. Therefore according to the commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance among the brethren of their father.

  • JOS_17:5 And there fell ten portions to Manasseh, beside the land of Gilead and Bashan, which [were] on the other side Jordan;

  • JOS_17:6 Because the daughters of Manasseh had an inheritance among his sons: and the rest of Manasseh's sons had the land of Gilead.

  • JOS_17:7 And the coast of Manasseh was from Asher to Michmethah, that [lieth] before Shechem; and the border went along on the right hand unto the inhabitants of Entappuah.

  • JOS_17:8 [Now] Manasseh had the land of Tappuah: but Tappuah on the border of Manasseh [belonged] to the children of Ephraim;

  • JOS_17:9 And the coast descended unto the river Kanah, southward of the river: these cities of Ephraim [are] among the cities of Manasseh: the coast of Manasseh also [was] on the north side of the river, and the outgoings of it were at the sea:

  • JOS_17:10 Southward [it was] Ephraim's, and northward [it was] Manasseh's, and the sea is his border; and they met together in Asher on the north, and in Issachar on the east.

  • JOS_17:11 And Manasseh had in Issachar and in Asher Bethshean and her towns, and Ibleam and her towns, and the inhabitants of Dor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Endor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Taanach and her towns, and the inhabitants of Megiddo and her towns, [even] three countries.

  • JOS_17:12 Yet the children of Manasseh could not drive out [the inhabitants of] those cities; but the Canaanites would dwell in that land.

  • JOS_17:13 Yet it came to pass, when the children of Israel were waxen strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute; but did not utterly drive them out.

  • JOS_17:14 And the children of Joseph spake unto Joshua, saying, Why hast thou given me [but] one lot and one portion to inherit, seeing I [am] a great people, forasmuch as the LORD hath blessed me hitherto?

  • JOS_17:15 And Joshua answered them, If thou [be] a great people, [then] get thee up to the wood [country], and cut down for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the giants, if mount Ephraim be too narrow for thee.

  • JOS_17:16 And the children of Joseph said, The hill is not enough for us: and all the Canaanites that dwell in the land of the valley have chariots of iron, [both they] who [are] of Bethshean and her towns, and [they] who [are] of the valley of Jezreel.

  • JOS_17:17 And Joshua spake unto the house of Joseph, [even] to Ephraim and to Manasseh, saying, Thou [art] a great people, and hast great power: thou shalt not have one lot [only]:

  • JOS_17:18 But the mountain shall be thine; for it [is] a wood, and thou shalt cut it down: and the outgoings of it shall be thine: for thou shalt drive out the Canaanites, though they have iron chariots, [and] though they [be] strong.

  • JOS_18:1 And the whole congregation of the children of Israel assembled together at Shiloh, and set up the tabernacle of the congregation there. And the land was subdued before them.

  • JOS_18:2 And there remained among the children of Israel seven tribes, which had not yet received their inheritance.

  • JOS_18:3 And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, How long [are] ye slack to go to possess the land, which the LORD God of your fathers hath given you?

  • JOS_18:4 Give out from among you three men for [each] tribe: and I will send them, and they shall rise, and go through the land, and describe it according to the inheritance of them; and they shall come [again] to me.

  • JOS_18:5 And they shall divide it into seven parts: Judah shall abide in their coast on the south, and the house of Joseph shall abide in their coasts on the north.

  • JOS_18:6 Ye shall therefore describe the land [into] seven parts, and bring [the description] hither to me, that I may cast lots for you here before the LORD our God.

  • JOS_18:7 But the Levites have no part among you; for the priesthood of the LORD [is] their inheritance: and Gad, and Reuben, and half the tribe of Manasseh, have received their inheritance beyond Jordan on the east, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave them.

  • LUK_12:51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

  • LUK_12:52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.

  • LUK_12:53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

  • LUK_12:54 And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.

  • LUK_12:55 And when [ye see] the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.

  • LUK_12:56 [Ye] hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

  • LUK_12:57 Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?

  • LUK_12:58 When thou goest with thine adversary to the magistrate, [as thou art] in the way, give diligence that thou mayest be delivered from him; lest he hale thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and the officer cast thee into prison.

  • LUK_12:59 I tell thee, thou shalt not depart thence, till thou hast paid the very last mite.

  • LUK_13:1 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

  • LUK_13:2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?

  • LUK_13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

  • LUK_13:4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?

  • LUK_13:5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

  • LUK_13:6 He spake also this parable; A certain [man] had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

  • LUK_13:7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

  • LUK_13:8 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung [it]:

  • LUK_13:9 And if it bear fruit, [well]: and if not, [then] after that thou shalt cut it down.

  • LUK_13:10 And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.

  • LUK_13:11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up [herself].

  • LUK_13:12 And when Jesus saw her, he called [her to him], and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

  • PSA_48:9 We have thought of thy lovingkindness, O God, in the midst of thy temple.

  • PSA_48:10 According to thy name, O God, so [is] thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness.

  • PSA_48:11 Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments.

  • PSA_48:12 Walk about Zion, and go round about her: tell the towers thereof.

  • PSA_48:14 For this God [is] our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide [even] unto death.

  • PSA_49:1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. Hear this, all [ye] people; give ear, all [ye] inhabitants of the world:

  • PRO_11:7 When a wicked man dieth, [his] expectation shall perish: and the hope of unjust [men] perisheth.

  • PRO_11:8 The righteous is delivered out of trouble, and the wicked cometh in his stead.

  • PRO_11:9 An hypocrite with [his] mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.

  • MATJ_25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth [his] sheep from the goats:

  • MATJ_25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

  • MATJ_25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

  • MATJ_25:35 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

  • MATJ_25:36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
