Daily Devotional 1 Year Bible NUM_3:23 The families of the Gershonites shall pitch behind the tabernacle westward.
NUM_3:24 And the chief of the house of the father of the Gershonites [shall be] Eliasaph the son of Lael.
NUM_3:25 And the charge of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation [shall be] the tabernacle, and the tent, the covering thereof, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
NUM_3:26 And the hangings of the court, and the curtain for the door of the court, which [is] by the tabernacle, and by the altar round about, and the cords of it for all the service thereof.
NUM_3:27 And of Kohath [was] the family of the Amramites, and the family of the Izeharites, and the family of the Hebronites, and the family of the Uzzielites: these [are] the families of the Kohathites.
NUM_3:28 In the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, [were] eight thousand and six hundred, keeping the charge of the sanctuary.
NUM_3:29 The families of the sons of Kohath shall pitch on the side of the tabernacle southward.
NUM_3:30 And the chief of the house of the father of the families of the Kohathites [shall be] Elizaphan the son of Uzziel.
NUM_3:31 And their charge [shall be] the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary wherewith they minister, and the hanging, and all the service thereof.
NUM_3:32 And Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest [shall be] chief over the chief of the Levites, [and have] the oversight of them that keep the charge of the sanctuary.
NUM_3:33 Of Merari [was] the family of the Mahlites, and the family of the Mushites: these [are] the families of Merari.
NUM_3:34 And those that were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, [were] six thousand and two hundred.
NUM_3:35 And the chief of the house of the father of the families of Merari [was] Zuriel the son of Abihail: [these] shall pitch on the side of the tabernacle northward.
NUM_3:36 And [under] the custody and charge of the sons of Merari [shall be] the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and the sockets thereof, and all the vessels thereof, and all that serveth thereto,
NUM_3:37 And the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords.
NUM_3:38 But those that encamp before the tabernacle toward the east, [even] before the tabernacle of the congregation eastward, [shall be] Moses, and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the children of Israel; and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
NUM_3:39 All that were numbered of the Levites, which Moses and Aaron numbered at the commandment of the LORD, throughout their families, all the males from a month old and upward, [were] twenty and two thousand.
NUM_3:40 And the LORD said unto Moses, Number all the firstborn of the males of the children of Israel from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names.
NUM_3:41 And thou shalt take the Levites for me (I [am] the LORD) instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the firstlings among the cattle of the children of Israel.
NUM_3:42 And Moses numbered, as the LORD commanded him, all the firstborn among the children of Israel.
NUM_3:43 And all the firstborn males by the number of names, from a month old and upward, of those that were numbered of them, were twenty and two thousand two hundred and threescore and thirteen.
NUM_3:44 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
NUM_3:45 Take the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be mine: I [am] the LORD.
NUM_3:46 And for those that are to be redeemed of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are more than the Levites;
NUM_3:47 Thou shalt even take five shekels apiece by the poll, after the shekel of the sanctuary shalt thou take [them]: (the shekel [is] twenty gerahs:)
NUM_3:48 And thou shalt give the money, wherewith the odd number of them is to be redeemed, unto Aaron and to his sons.
NUM_3:49 And Moses took the redemption money of them that were over and above them that were redeemed by the Levites:
NUM_3:50 Of the firstborn of the children of Israel took he the money; a thousand three hundred and threescore and five [shekels], after the shekel of the sanctuary:
NUM_3:51 And Moses gave the money of them that were redeemed unto Aaron and to his sons, according to the word of the LORD, as the LORD commanded Moses.
NUM_4:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
NUM_4:2 Take the sum of the sons of Kohath from among the sons of Levi, after their families, by the house of their fathers,
NUM_4:3 From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.
NUM_4:4 This [shall be] the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, [about] the most holy things:
NUM_4:5 And when the camp setteth forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering veil, and cover the ark of testimony with it:
NUM_4:6 And shall put thereon the covering of badgers' skins, and shall spread over [it] a cloth wholly of blue, and shall put in the staves thereof.
NUM_4:7 And upon the table of showbread they shall spread a cloth of blue, and put thereon the dishes, and the spoons, and the bowls, and covers to cover withal: and the continual bread shall be thereon:
NUM_4:8 And they shall spread upon them a cloth of scarlet, and cover the same with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put in the staves thereof.
NUM_4:9 And they shall take a cloth of blue, and cover the candlestick of the light, and his lamps, and his tongs, and his snuffdishes, and all the oil vessels thereof, wherewith they minister unto it:
NUM_4:10 And they shall put it and all the vessels thereof within a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put [it] upon a bar.
NUM_4:11 And upon the golden altar they shall spread a cloth of blue, and cover it with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put to the staves thereof:
NUM_4:12 And they shall take all the instruments of ministry, wherewith they minister in the sanctuary, and put [them] in a cloth of blue, and cover them with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put [them] on a bar:
NUM_4:13 And they shall take away the ashes from the altar, and spread a purple cloth thereon:
NUM_4:14 And they shall put upon it all the vessels thereof, wherewith they minister about it, [even] the censers, the fleshhooks, and the shovels, and the basins, all the vessels of the altar; and they shall spread upon it a covering of badgers' skins, and put to the staves of it.
NUM_4:15 And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear [it]: but they shall not touch [any] holy thing, lest they die. These [things are] the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.
NUM_4:16 And to the office of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest [pertaineth] the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the anointing oil, [and] the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein [is], in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof.
NUM_4:17 And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
NUM_4:18 Cut ye not off the tribe of the families of the Kohathites from among the Levites:
NUM_4:19 But thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden:
NUM_4:20 But they shall not go in to see when the holy things are covered, lest they die.
NUM_4:21 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
NUM_4:22 Take also the sum of the sons of Gershon, throughout the houses of their fathers, by their families;
NUM_4:23 From thirty years old and upward until fifty years old shalt thou number them; all that enter in to perform the service, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.
NUM_4:24 This [is] the service of the families of the Gershonites, to serve, and for burdens:
NUM_4:25 And they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the covering of the badgers' skins that [is] above upon it, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,
MAR_9:8 And suddenly, when they had looked round about, they saw no man any more, save Jesus only with themselves.
MAR_9:9 And as they came down from the mountain, he charged them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, till the Son of man were risen from the dead.
MAR_9:10 And they kept that saying with themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should mean.
MAR_9:11 And they asked him, saying, Why say the scribes that Elias must first come?
MAR_9:12 And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first, and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought.
MAR_9:13 But I say unto you, That Elias is indeed come, and they have done unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of him.
MAR_9:14 And when he came to [his] disciples, he saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning with them.
MAR_9:15 And straightway all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to [him] saluted him.
MAR_9:16 And he asked the scribes, What question ye with them?
MAR_9:17 And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;
MAR_9:18 And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.
MAR_9:19 He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.
MAR_9:20 And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.
MAR_9:21 And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child.
MAR_9:22 And ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.
MAR_9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things [are] possible to him that believeth.
MAR_9:24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.
MAR_9:25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, [Thou] dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.
MAR_9:26 And [the spirit] cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead.
MAR_9:27 But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.
MAR_9:28 And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?
PSA_31:22 For I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes: nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee.
PSA_31:23 O love the LORD, all ye his saints: [for] the LORD preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer.
PSA_31:24 Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.
PSA_32:1 [A Psalm] of David, Maschil. Blessed [is he whose] transgression [is] forgiven, [whose] sin [is] covered.
PSA_32:2 Blessed [is] the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit [there is] no guile.
PSA_32:3 When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
PRO_6:33 A wound and dishonour shall he get; and his reproach shall not be wiped away.
PRO_6:34 For jealousy [is] the rage of a man: therefore he will not spare in the day of vengeance.
PRO_6:35 He will not regard any ransom; neither will he rest content, though thou givest many gifts.
MATJ_18:13 And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that [sheep], than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
MATJ_18:14 Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.
MATJ_18:15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
MATJ_18:16 But if he will not hear [thee, then] take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
