  • NUM_11:32 And the people stood up all that day, and all [that] night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread [them] all abroad for themselves round about the camp.

  • NUM_11:33 And while the flesh [was] yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD smote the people with a very great plague.

  • NUM_11:34 And he called the name of that place Kibrothhattaavah: because there they buried the people that lusted.

  • NUM_11:35 [And] the people journeyed from Kibrothhattaavah unto Hazeroth; and abode at Hazeroth.

  • NUM_12:1 And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.

  • NUM_12:2 And they said, Hath the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? hath he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard [it].

  • NUM_12:3 (Now the man Moses [was] very meek, above all the men which [were] upon the face of the earth.)

  • NUM_12:4 And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.

  • NUM_12:5 And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood [in] the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.

  • NUM_12:6 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, [I] the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, [and] will speak unto him in a dream.

  • NUM_12:7 My servant Moses [is] not so, who [is] faithful in all mine house.

  • NUM_12:8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?

  • NUM_12:9 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed.

  • NUM_12:10 And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam [became] leprous, [white] as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, [she was] leprous.

  • NUM_12:11 And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned.

  • NUM_12:12 Let her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he cometh out of his mother's womb.

  • NUM_12:13 And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, Heal her now, O God, I beseech thee.

  • NUM_12:14 And the LORD said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in [again].

  • NUM_12:15 And Miriam was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in [again].

  • NUM_12:16 And afterward the people removed from Hazeroth, and pitched in the wilderness of Paran.

  • NUM_13:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

  • NUM_13:2 Send thou men, that they may search the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel: of every tribe of their fathers shall ye send a man, every one a ruler among them.

  • NUM_13:3 And Moses by the commandment of the LORD sent them from the wilderness of Paran: all those men [were] heads of the children of Israel.

  • NUM_13:4 And these [were] their names: of the tribe of Reuben, Shammua the son of Zaccur.

  • NUM_13:5 Of the tribe of Simeon, Shaphat the son of Hori.

  • NUM_13:6 Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

  • NUM_13:7 Of the tribe of Issachar, Igal the son of Joseph.

  • NUM_13:8 Of the tribe of Ephraim, Oshea the son of Nun.

  • NUM_13:9 Of the tribe of Benjamin, Palti the son of Raphu.

  • NUM_13:10 Of the tribe of Zebulun, Gaddiel the son of Sodi.

  • NUM_13:11 Of the tribe of Joseph, [namely], of the tribe of Manasseh, Gaddi the son of Susi.

  • NUM_13:12 Of the tribe of Dan, Ammiel the son of Gemalli.

  • NUM_13:13 Of the tribe of Asher, Sethur the son of Michael.

  • NUM_13:14 Of the tribe of Naphtali, Nahbi the son of Vophsi.

  • NUM_13:15 Of the tribe of Gad, Geuel the son of Machi.

  • NUM_13:16 These [are] the names of the men which Moses sent to spy out the land. And Moses called Oshea the son of Nun Jehoshua.

  • NUM_13:17 And Moses sent them to spy out the land of Canaan, and said unto them, Get you up this [way] southward, and go up into the mountain:

  • NUM_13:18 And see the land, what it [is]; and the people that dwelleth therein, whether they [be] strong or weak, few or many;

  • NUM_13:19 And what the land [is] that they dwell in, whether it [be] good or bad; and what cities [they be] that they dwell in, whether in tents, or in strong holds;

  • NUM_13:20 And what the land [is], whether it [be] fat or lean, whether there be wood therein, or not. And be ye of good courage, and bring of the fruit of the land. Now the time [was] the time of the firstripe grapes.

  • NUM_13:21 So they went up, and searched the land from the wilderness of Zin unto Rehob, as men come to Hamath.

  • NUM_13:22 And they ascended by the south, and came unto Hebron; where Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak, [were]. (Now Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.)

  • NUM_13:23 And they came unto the brook of Eshcol, and cut down from thence a branch with one cluster of grapes, and they bare it between two upon a staff; and [they brought] of the pomegranates, and of the figs.

  • NUM_13:24 The place was called the brook Eshcol, because of the cluster of grapes which the children of Israel cut down from thence.

  • NUM_13:25 And they returned from searching of the land after forty days.

  • NUM_13:26 And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and showed them the fruit of the land.

  • NUM_13:27 And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this [is] the fruit of it.

  • NUM_13:28 Nevertheless the people [be] strong that dwell in the land, and the cities [are] walled, [and] very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there.

  • NUM_13:29 The Amalekites dwell in the land of the south: and the Hittites, and the Jebusites, and the Amorites, dwell in the mountains: and the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and by the coast of Jordan.

  • NUM_13:30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.

  • NUM_13:31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they [are] stronger than we.

  • NUM_13:32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, [is] a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it [are] men of a great stature.

  • NUM_13:33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, [which come] of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

  • NUM_14:1 And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.

  • NUM_14:2 And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!

  • NUM_14:3 And wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?

  • NUM_14:4 And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt.

  • NUM_14:5 Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel.

  • NUM_14:6 And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, [which were] of them that searched the land, rent their clothes:

  • NUM_14:7 And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, [is] an exceeding good land.

  • NUM_14:8 If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey.

  • NUM_14:9 Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they [are] bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD [is] with us: fear them not.

  • NUM_14:10 But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel.

  • NUM_14:11 And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe me, for all the signs which I have showed among them?

  • MAR_11:33 And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.

  • MAR_12:1 And he began to speak unto them by parables. A [certain] man planted a vineyard, and set an hedge about [it], and digged [a place for] the winefat, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country.

  • MAR_12:2 And at the season he sent to the husbandmen a servant, that he might receive from the husbandmen of the fruit of the vineyard.

  • MAR_12:3 And they caught [him], and beat him, and sent [him] away empty.

  • MAR_12:4 And again he sent unto them another servant; and at him they cast stones, and wounded [him] in the head, and sent [him] away shamefully handled.

  • MAR_12:5 And again he sent another; and him they killed, and many others; beating some, and killing some.

  • MAR_12:6 Having yet therefore one son, his wellbeloved, he sent him also last unto them, saying, They will reverence my son.

  • MAR_12:7 But those husbandmen said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be ours.

  • MAR_12:8 And they took him, and killed [him], and cast [him] out of the vineyard.

  • MAR_12:9 What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.

  • MAR_12:10 And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:

  • MAR_12:11 This was the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?

  • MAR_12:12 And they sought to lay hold on him, but feared the people: for they knew that he had spoken the parable against them: and they left him, and went their way.

  • MAR_12:13 And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch him in [his] words.

  • MAR_12:14 And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?

  • MAR_12:15 Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, Why tempt ye me? bring me a penny, that I may see [it].

  • MAR_12:16 And they brought [it]. And he saith unto them, Whose [is] this image and superscription? And they said unto him, Caesar's.

  • MAR_12:17 And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. And they marvelled at him.

  • MAR_12:18 Then come unto him the Sadducees, which say there is no resurrection; and they asked him, saying,

  • MAR_12:19 Master, Moses wrote unto us, If a man's brother die, and leave [his] wife [behind him], and leave no children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.

  • PSA_34:4 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

  • PSA_34:5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.

  • PSA_34:6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard [him], and saved him out of all his troubles.

  • PSA_34:7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

  • PSA_34:8 O taste and see that the LORD [is] good: blessed [is] the man [that] trusteth in him.

  • PSA_34:9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for [there is] no want to them that fear him.

  • PSA_34:10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good [thing].

  • PRO_7:15 Therefore came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee.

  • PRO_7:16 I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved [works], with fine linen of Egypt.

  • MATJ_19:11 All [men] cannot receive this saying, save [they] to whom it is given.

  • MATJ_19:12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from [their] mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive [it], let him receive [it].

  • MATJ_19:14 Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

  • MATJ_19:17 Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
